Is the content different on Instagram and Facebook?
The same monthly content is adapted for both platforms. Counts are per brand, not doubled for each platform.
How are reels and stories created?
Reels use client-provided material, authorized assets and AI tools. Stories are adapted from the month’s content. On-site filming is not included.
Can my content be bilingual?
Each plan includes one language, English or Spanish. A bilingual version is quoted separately.
What is outside the package?
Replying to comments or messages, paid advertising management, ad spend and on-site filming are not included. We can quote additional services separately.
What do the reports include?
Gold includes a basic results summary. Platinum includes a summary with recommendations, using the account metrics available to us. Silver does not include reporting.
